Photos from the life of someone with mental illness
I did a lot in my life, perhaps more than most people. It was too easy to forget the good in my life after I had been confronted for being mentally ill. |

My family lived at Fort Knox, KY, for several years. My father
was in the army.

The first two pictures are from when I came up with the idea of making a space movie in junior high school. Myself and my friends were also in Boy Scouts and had other activities, so the space movie never was made. The picture on the far right is myself next to the outside "weather station" that I had fun with. |
All of us neighborhood kids were trying to help get this poor cat out of a tree. (The cat probably did not want to be rescued by a dozen children. It was probably scared that we were going to hurt it. I thought I would take a picture because it reminded me of posters claiming "hang in there kitty".) |
